• Display Shipping

  You can ship your display and materials directly to us. Displays that are shipped must arrive by Tuesday, September 16th at our facility.

• Set-up Information

  Each display booth will contain an 8' table, with ground length draping, and chairs for your representative(s). If you have specific display needs beyond this, please contact us and we will make every effort to accommodate your specific display needs.

  Displays can be set up beginning at 7:30am on Thursday, September 18th under the tent on the Drillfield. Displays must be set up by 9am that day. Displays cannot be removed prior to 4 pm on that same day. All display must be removed by 6pm Thursday, September 18th. We can assist you with set up of your display if you need assistance.

  We can provide transportation for you and your display from our Brooks Forest Products Center on that day. You can park free of charge at the Brooks Center without University permit and we will shuttle you and your display to the central campus area for the Career Fair. You can also secure your own guest visitor parking permit from Parking Services and park in appropriate visitor spaces on the campus. We recommend you use our shuttle service.

• General Information

  • Please bring hand outs, company information, business cards, give-aways, and examples of your products. We seek your help to engage students during the Career Fair.
  • We will use some of the registration fee to provide a cash prize or book store certificate(s) to a winner, or multiple winners throughout the day.
  • You will have your choice of a lunch menu and we will be contacting you before the Fair with your menu choices.

• We Need Your Company Logo

  • We need your company logo in digital format for advertisement purposes in the student newspaper leading up to the Fair.
  • Vector images are preferred (i.e. EPS, SVG)
