Research Interest(s):
My research interest is in the area of cost accounting,
product and process pricing. I would like to investigate
the application of lean accounting in the primary and
secondary wood industry.

Outside of my research interests, I enjoy swimming and
skiing. I like to go to theater and read great books.
Academic Background:
I graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the
University of West Hungary, Sopron in 2007. I have a
Master of Science in Economics.

I spent a semester at the Fontys University of Applied
Sciences, Venlo, The Netherlands, as a participant of a
Study Abroad Program on International Marketing
(Socrates Erasmus Scholarship).

In 2009 I was working as a coordinator of international
business affairs in a wood furniture industry in Hungary.

I just started my PhD. at the Wood Science and Forest
Products Department at VT. I have a chance here to
improve my knowledge at the field of cost accounting in
the wood industry.
