Academic Background:
I received a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural and Resource
Economics with a minor in Business Administration from The University
of Arizona in 2004.
From 2004 through 2007, I was the Logistics and Shipping Manager at
California Door Corporation, a kitchen cabinet door manufacturer
located in Salinas, California. This position helped spark my interested in
manufacturing systems and pursuit of a Masters degree from Virginia
Tech.
My time at Virginia Tech has allowed me to develop extensive hands on
experience with numerous manufacturing companies through projects,
workshops, collaborative studies and trade shows.
My career goal is to start and run my own manufacturing company, a
target I look to pursue upon the completion of my Masters degree here
at Virginia Tech.
